Milliseid andmeid me kogume

Mäng ei küsi sinu nime, e-posti aadressi ega kontot. Sinu tulemused, punktid, seaded ja edenemine salvestatakse sinu seadmesse. Kui mängu kustutad, kustuvad ka need andmed.

Kasutusstatistika ja veateated (Androidi äpp)

Androidi äpp kasutab teenuseid Google Firebase Analytics ja Firebase Crashlytics, et näha, kuidas mängu mängitakse, ning et leida ja parandada vigu. Äpp saadab:

• mängusündmused, näiteks mängu algus ja lõpp, tulemus, jõutud galaktika, kaotuse põhjus, täidetud missioonid ja seadete muutused;
• seadme ja äpi üldandmed: seadme mudel, Androidi versioon, äpi versioon, keel ja IP-aadressi järgi määratud riik;
• juhusliku äpi-installi tunnuse, mis ei ole seotud sinu nime ega kontoga;
• kokkujooksmise ja vigade raportid.

Kasutusstatistika ei kasuta reklaami-ID-d ja me ei müü andmeid. Andmeid töötleb meie nimel Google Ireland Limited. Andmed võivad liikuda ka USA-sse, kus neid kaitsevad EL-USA andmekaitseraamistik ja EL-i lepingutingimused. Statistikat hoiame kuni 14 kuud ja veateateid kuni 90 päeva. Google Analyticsis on sisse lülitatud Google signals. Kui oled oma Google'i kontosse sisse logitud ja lubanud seal isikupärastatud reklaamid, võib Google seostada mänguinfo sinu kontoga, et näidata meile koondstatistikat, näiteks vanuserühmi, huvisid ja seadmeülest kasutust. Meie üksikisikuid ei näe. Selle saad keelata oma Google'i konto reklaamiseadetes (myadcenter.google.com). Õiguslik alus on meie õigustatud huvi mängu parandada.

Saad selle igal ajal välja lülitada: Seaded → Kasutusstatistika. Veebiversioon ei saada kasutusstatistikat.

Reklaamid (Androidi äpp)

Androidi äpis näitab mäng Google AdMobi reklaame: tasustatud reklaami, kui mängija valib „Jätka reklaamiga“ või „Kahekordista punktid“, ja aeg-ajalt vahereklaami mängude vahel. Reklaamide näitamiseks, nende mõõtmiseks ja pettuste vältimiseks võivad Google ja tema reklaamipartnerid koguda:

• seadme reklaami-ID-d;
• IP-aadressi ja selle järgi määratud ligikaudse asukoha;
• seadme ja äpi üldandmed;
• andmed reklaamide nägemise ja klõpsamise kohta.

Euroopa Majanduspiirkonnas, Suurbritannias ja Šveitsis küsib äpp enne isikupärastatud reklaame sinu nõusolekut. Kui sa ei nõustu, võib äpp näidata piiratud, mitte isikupärastatud reklaame. Oma valikut saad igal ajal muuta: Seaded → Privaatsusvalikud (reklaamid). Reklaami-ID saad lähtestada või kustutada Androidi seadetes (Google → Reklaamid). Lisateavet annab Google'i selgitus, kuidas Google kasutab partnerite äppide andmeid. Veebiversioonis päris reklaame ei ole.

Ostud

Mängus ei ole praegu päris rahaga oste. Kui need lisanduvad, uuendame enne seda privaatsuspoliitikat.

Rakendusepood ja veebiversioon

Google Play ja Apple App Store töötlevad andmeid (näiteks allalaadimise ja seadme info) oma privaatsuspoliitika järgi. Mängu veebiversiooni pakub Cloudflare, mille serverid võivad lehe avamisel tehnilistel ja turvalisuse eesmärkidel lühiajaliselt töödelda sinu IP-aadressi.

Lapsed

Mäng on mõeldud 13-aastastele ja vanematele. Me ei kogu teadlikult alla 13-aastaste laste isikuandmeid. Kui arvad, et oleme seda teinud, kirjuta meile ja kustutame andmed.

Sinu õigused

Isikuandmete kaitse üldmääruse (GDPR) alusel võid küsida juurdepääsu oma isikuandmetele, nende parandamist või kustutamist ning esitada vastuväiteid nende töötlemisele. Kirjuta meile: info@rooftec.ee. Sul on õigus esitada kaebus Andmekaitse Inspektsioonile (www.aki.ee).

Homeward Hop – Privacy Policy

Homeward Hop (“the game”) is developed by Rooftec OÜ (Northloom Labs, registry code 12871510), Fortuuna tn 5-1, 50603 Tartu, Estonia (“we”). Contact: info@rooftec.ee.

What we collect

The game does not ask for your name, email address or an account. Your scores, points, settings and progress are stored on your device. Deleting the game deletes this data.

Usage statistics and crash reports (Android app)

The Android app uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how the game is played and to find and fix bugs. It sends:

• gameplay events, such as run start and end, score, galaxy reached, why a run ended, missions completed and settings changes;
• general device and app data: device model, Android version, app version, language and the country derived from the IP address;
• a random app installation identifier that is not linked to your name or an account;
• crash and error reports.

Usage statistics do not use the advertising ID, and we do not sell data. Google Ireland Limited processes the data on our behalf. The data may also be transferred to the USA, where it is protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We keep statistics for up to 14 months and crash reports for up to 90 days. Google signals is turned on in Google Analytics. If you are signed in to your Google account and have allowed personalised ads there, Google may associate gameplay data with your account so that it can show us aggregated reports, such as age groups, interests and cross-device use. We never see individuals. You can turn this off in your Google account ad settings (myadcenter.google.com). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the game.

You can turn this off at any time: Settings → Usage statistics. The web version sends no usage statistics.

Ads (Android app)

The Android app shows ads from Google AdMob: a rewarded ad when the player chooses "Continue with ad" or "Double points", and an occasional interstitial ad between runs. To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google and its advertising partners may collect:

• the device's advertising ID;
• the IP address and the approximate location derived from it;
• general device and app data;
• data about the ads you see and tap.

In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland the app asks for your consent before showing personalised ads. If you do not consent, the app may show limited, non-personalised ads. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy options (ads). You can reset or delete the advertising ID in your Android settings (Google → Ads). Google's explanation describes how Google uses data from partners' apps. The web version shows no real ads.

Purchases

The game has no real-money purchases at the moment. If we add them, we will update this policy first.

App stores and the web version

Google Play and the Apple App Store process data (for example download and device information) under their own privacy policies. The web version of the game is served by Cloudflare, whose servers may briefly process your IP address for technical and security purposes when you open the page.

Children

The game is intended for players aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you think we have, write to us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data and object to its processing. Write to us at info@rooftec.ee. You also have the right to complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
